I am a Ph.D. scholar and finance professional based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Over the past ten years I have worked across accounting, donor compliance, and financial reporting for international and private organizations. My work combines practical finance operations with applied research to support evidence‑based decision making.

Professionally, I have managed finance and compliance for donor‑funded projects, led VAT refund processes, and implemented ERP workflows to improve efficiency. Academically, I focus on macroeconomic indicators, fiscal federalism, and quantitative research methods.

I have worked in finance roles across international organizations and private firms. Most recently, at CIMMYT International (SARO) I served as Accounting Assistant (Finance & Compliance) where I managed donor‑funded project finances and ensured adherence to CGIAR and USAID policies.
